NO. The correction is very similar to a static electricity charge. The shock is slightly more than that of static electricity from a rug and can be customized for your pet using the programable features of the receiver and our low stress training method.
Will burying the wire tear up my lawn?
No. The equipment we use has a blade that slices the ground open, buries the wire 1 to 6 inches deep and which is then closed and unseen.
How will our pet know to stay back from the flags?

An infinite number, but each must be wearing a receiver collar.
What size or type pet can be trained to the system?
The pet must be trainable and able to wear the receiver. We have successfully trained cats and many breeds of dogs to our system.
But we will not accept work for an aggressive or hybrid dog of any kind.
Can I protect a pool or garden patch while allowing my pet freedom of the rest of the yard?
Yes, we can customize any design for you. Here is a sample layout. The dotted lines are lines that are safe for the pet to cross and the solid red lines is the restricted area.
We can also install indoor systems, which can protect individual rooms from entry by the pet.
