In the case of a concern, we make it easy and quick to solve any problem or concern you may have with our pet containment system, including "Live Phone Service" during and after regular business hours!
And for those who wish to purchase a continued in home service contract we also offer that service at a nominal cost, much like any major department store does with each proudct that they sell!

We have been asked "What can happen"!
After hundreds of installations and many more dogs, we have encountered almost everything but we are sure there are new experiences waiting to be encountered!
But regardless, we will for the first 3 months, fix, correct, replace or do anything that needs to be done to satisfy and contain your pet!
At one time we had a raccoon, who for some reason did not like our wire buried in his yard, and chewed thru our wire 3 consecutive times, until, *AT NO CHARGE TO THE OWNERS* we re-installed the wire in pvc conduit for the length of yard claimed by the "raccoon".
(Competitors would have charge $75.00 for each wire break and $150.00 to re install)
Another time, we had a houdini dog who (according to his owner) knew that if he dug and chewed thru the neutral line (no correction on this line) he would dis-able the system and then be FREE to leave the yard. This took another length of PVC piping to discourage his escape, and again at no cost to the owner!
Another time, a customer learned that property he thought was his was actually NOT! and the wire had to be removed and re installed on his real property line, and again at no cost to the owner we responded and re installed the system.
Regardless what may happen, we will correct the problem for you within the first 3 months at no cost to you with the only excpetions being from a third party, such as the cable company, gas company coming in and destroying the system. (and on the few times this had happened they paid the repair bill)
NO ONE ELSE WILL DO THIS FOR YOU! AND NO ONE ELSE WILL OFFER YOU A SERVICE CONTRACT AFTERWARD the initial Free Service Period! (do you think they may hope something happens so they can charge for an in home service charge!)
